Business Games

The Gloucestershire Business Games Project works to deliver team development, skills training content and to challenge conventional thinking when it comes to innovation, problem-solving and team dynamics.

We work with many of the county’s most innovative thinkers as well as sports businesses, team building businesses and training providers to create content which will be fun and challenging – on loads of levels.

We’re keen for your business to engage, talk to us about the challenges your team faces and what would help to overcome them.

To have fun, to support a local charity, to achieve personal development, for team building, to achieve business goals and make new connections.

We are developing different styles of activity for The Business Games:

Walk up & Play

Some easy to engage challenges for individuals that will be at the show and which we invite you to take on and see whether you can improve your skills.

The Business
Team Challenge

Where you can register a team from your business to take on the challenge(s) and pit yourselves against other Gloucestershire Business teams to see who can get the best results and win the challenge.

The Technical Challenge

We would like to invite technical businesses to lay down an individual or team challenge that will encourage technical skills development. In 2017 we ran a challenge to design and build a Pedal Car that would be fast and efficient. Versarien, Nettl and Ambrose recruiting rose to the challenge and built their pedal car “Van 3” which remains undefeated.

All the Business Games activities are fun, focus on personal development and team building. They give businesses the opportunity to get their teams working more closely and have the opportunity for collaborating with other partner businesses to get the best results (and build stronger relationships).
